No citation was issued Tuesday immediately after Eugene M. Robinson, 48, of Vermilion, lost control on a right-hand curve while heading north on Ohio 60. He went off the left side, hit a culvert, causing the motorcycle to go airborne and ejecting Robinson, who was not wearing a helmet. Citizens EMS transported him to Allen Medical Center in Oberlin with serious injuries. No further information was available.
