Corned beef and cabbage a great way to celebrate St. Patty's Day

Top o'the morning to you! While you may not realize March is Irish-American Heritage Month in this country, you're probably aware St. Patrick's Day is Saturday.
St. Patrick's Day celebrations in America date to 1737 when Boston hosted its first parade for that holiday. It is now celebrated nationwide with the wearing of green a symbol of Ireland's lush farmlands, consumption of green libations, and enjoyment of traditional fare like Irish soda bread and corned beef and cabbage.
