City offered deal 'too good to turn down'

Ken Leber, superintendent of the city's parks and recreation department, told council on Tuesday that a company that builds playground equipment has offered the city a one-time deal of about 50 percent off for units paid for by the end of November.
"It's too good of a deal to turn down for almost half price," he said. "It's a great deal for the city."
