Bellevue Kasper helping feed families

BELLEVUE - Kasper Bellevue wants to make the holidays a lot more special for some local families.

Experience the gift of giving by bringing non-perishable food items, such as canned juice, canned vegetables or fruits, cereal, vegetable oil, soups, sugar or flour (4- to 5-pound bags) to Kasper Bellevue between Nov. 23 and Dec. 20 to help a family in need enjoy the holidays this year. Kasper is working with Fishes and Loaves, a food pantry in Bellevue to serve as a collection station this year. Fishes and Loaves provides food to more than 500 families in the Bellevue City School District who meet government guidelines weekly throughout the year. Each family can come once a month to pick up the food they need.

During Kasper's holiday food drive to support Fishes and Loaves, they hope to raise at least 4,000 pounds of food, feeding 200 families.

Kasper Bellevue has offered to match all food donations pound for pound. To encourage more people to donate to this worthy cause, Kasper Bellevue is also offering $100 off of the purchase of a car at the dealership per donated item. Customers can bring up to 20 items to take advantage of this deal, saving up to $2,000 off the price of select vehicles.

Kasper Bellevue is a Chevrolet and Cadillac dealership of new and used cars, parts and service located at 1400 E. Main St. For more information call (419) 483-6740.
