Jordan Centers, a 2003 graduate of St. Paul High School, was named to the Ohio Athletic Conference All-Academic Volleyball first team.

Centers, a senior at Capital University, has a 3.89 grade-point average in accounting.

She is the daughter of Joe and Jody Centers of Norwalk.

Emily Mastroianni, a freshman at Baldwin Wallace college in Berea, was named to the dean's list for completing her first semester with straight As. She is active as an officer in the Swing Dance Society, an Exponent (school newspaper) reporter, Improv and freshman cabaret theater, honors program, Newman Freshman Leadership Team, STAND (Students Taking Action Now: Darfur), BW singers, Carmel Hall Homecoming Princess Nominee, Saturdays of Service program and Psych Club. Emily is a psychology major. She is attending BW with the Presidential Scholarship and the Achievement Award program. Emily, a 2006 graduate of Monroeville High School is the daughter of Sharon and Douglas Mastroianni of Monroeville.

Andy Ringholz, a 2002 graduate of St. Paul High School, graduated cum laude in December with a bachelor's degree in environmental science from Bowling Green State University.

Ringholz, the son of Chuck and Mary Ringholz of Norwalk, has accepted an internship in Florida.

Renee Bursley of New London graduated from the University of Akron on Dec. 16 with a bachelor of science degree in accounting.

Danielle Hart graduated from California State University Channel Islands Dec. 15 with a bachelor's degree in liberal studies concentrated in recreation and a minor in business. She is a 2002 graduate of Norwalk High School. She is the daughter of Chris and Vickie Wetzel of Norwalk and wife of Andrew (A.J.) Hart of Port Hueneme, Calif. She is currently employed by Camarillo Family YMCA as an aquatic director in Camarillo, Calif.
