• Updated Feb 6, 2018 at 9:02 PM

Due to delayed starts for area schools, the first match of the Firelands Challenge Championship has had to be rescheduled. Edison, Huron and St. Paul high schools are contending for the 2017-18 crown.

The first Firelands Challenge Championship match is now scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 7 at EHOVE. The match will start at 10 a.m. with St. Paul in the home position.

If there are school delays or cancelations due to inclement weather, the match will be held on Thursday, February 8 at the same location and time.

The Firelands Challenge Program is sponsored by the North Point Educational Service Center.
