St. Paul swept South Central, while Willard and Bellevue volleyball picked up volleyball wins in SBC action on Thursday. The Norwalk, Edison and Willard tennis teams were also victorious.
Norwalk’s tennis, boys golf and both boys and girls soccer teams also picked up victories to highlight the prep action on Wednesday.
Monroeville, St. Paul, Western Reserve and Plymouth picked up Firelands Conference volleyball wins on Tuesday; Norwalk girls tennis stayed unbeaten in league play.
The Crimson Flashes (10-3, 7-0) topped the Chargers (9-3, 6-2) by a 3-2 score for a second time this season on Tuesday at Edison Park in Milan.
The Truckers edged previously unbeaten Perkins by a stroke (163-164) to force a tie atop the standings; Norwalk, Edison and Willard tennis all cruised to league wins on Monday.
The Truckers won the third and fourth doubles brackets, and were runners-up at first and second doubles to win the five-team, round robin tournament on Saturday. Host Willard placed third.

The Willard girls tennis team also won its 30th straight SBC Bay Division match on Thursday with a sweep over Calvert at Heidelberg University in Tiffin.
Truckers (8-1) topped the Crimson Flashes (4-2) in a meeting between last season’s SBC Lake and Bay Division champions.
