Reflector experiencing phone issues

A large percentage of people remain unable to call the Norwalk Reflector office as a result of Spectrum Internet.

If your phone provider is AT&T or Verizon and you're calling a number or line that's provided by Spectrum, likely all you get its dead air. Calls to the newspaper coming from another provider work correctly.

Spectrum would not provide a timeframe as to when the issue will be fixed.
