AVERY — A Western Reserve High School student is one of three recipients for the 2019 Gallery of Believers scholarships.

Kristine Royster has earned her cosmetology license and
is entering the workforce.

The other scholarship recipients are Lauren Zimmermann, from Huron High School, and Huron resident Brianna Hammond.

Zimmermann, who was in the teacher academy program, will attend Ashland University with a dual major to earn her intervention specialist (kindergarten through 12th grade) and early childhood (kindergarten through fifth grade) licensure. Hammond, who was in the adult education cosmetology program, has earned her cosmetology license and is working in a local salon.

Established in 2018 as part of EHOVE’s 50th anniversary, Gallery of Believers supports scholarships for students who are pursuing post-secondary training, enrolling in an apprenticeship program or entering the military or workforce.
