Austin A. Bledsoe, 20, of 111 Flat Rock Road, Bellevue, is charged with two counts of rape, both first-degree felonies, and two charges of sexual battery, both third-degree felonies.
The Huron County Sheriff’s Office investigated the suspected Nov. 8 sex offenses, according to jail and court records. Deputies transported Bledsoe to the Huron County Jail that same day and the suspect has been unable to post a $75,000 bond. When the case originally went through Norwalk Municipal Court, Bledsoe’s bail included the condition that he is prohibited from having any direct or indirect association or communication with any non-family member under the age of 18.
A first-degree felony is punishable by three to 11 years in prison and a third-degree felony is punishable by nine months to three years.
In a separate case, grand jurors indicted two Willard residents now indicted on one count each of endangering children, a third-degree felony, and accused of selling drugs.
Rachel L. Bryant, 41, and Christopher O. Tuttle, 35, both of 304 W. Pearl St., were investigated by the Willard Police Department in connection with a Nov. 4 incident. They were arrested and transported to jail the same day and remained in custody as of press time.
Bryant also is charged with one count each of trafficking in heroin and trafficking in counterfeit controlled substances.
Tuttle faces an additional charge of aggravated trafficking in drugs.

• Nathan A. Goodell, 37, of 4866 Medusa Road, on one count each of breaking and entering and theft.
• Madison J. Moore, 26, of 73 Baker St., Monroeville, on one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, two charges of trafficking in heroin and two counts of trafficking in counterfeit controlled substances. Her indictment indicates a cell phone suspected of being used in connection with the aggravated trafficking transaction could be forfeited to the state if she is convicted.
• Mark Q. Washington, 57, of Pittsburgh, on grand theft of a motor vehicle in connection with a June 16 incident.
• Kyle S. Weiner, 28, of 109 1/2 Motson St., Willard, on one count each of aggravated trafficking in drugs and aggravated possession of drugs. He has been in jail since Nov. 10.
