Mr. Barman, of Monroeville, married the former Eileen Smith, of Norwalk, on April 25, 1953 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church with the Reverend H.R. Weger officiating the ceremony.
They have five children: Gary (Stella), Vicki (Dave) Cronk, and Barb Castello, all of Norwalk, Dave (Londa), of Pickerington, and Steve (Diana), of Canton, Mich.
They have 13 grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. Mr. Barman retired from New Departure-Hyatt in 1988 and Mrs. Barman retired form Norwalk Furniture in 1983.
