Even the moderator during the debate called him out on lying. He keeps going back on things he's said before.

arnmcrmn

about what? please explain.

theignorance

Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan have lied about everything from the impact of their Medicare plan on seniors to the number of unemployed.

arnmcrmn

proof please. I mean lets see the proof instead of just words. Ryan has a detailed plan for Medicare....but let me guess, his plan is lie right? Proof, or don't post.

Refer to my comment below.

Too funny, yet again. You're always demanding proof, but never provide a single fact from real sources. You 're just making it all up as you go along. Demanding respect, but refusing to give it; demanding facts, but refusing to offer any.

arnmcrmn

I provide links nearly every time I post data..........unlike you guys. Believe in your own BS, its comical.

Sitting In The ...

He does? really when he share that ?

Paul Krugman, Nobel Prize in Economics: But back to the Romney jobs plan. As many people have noted, the plan has five points but contains no specifics. Loosely speaking, however, it calls for a return to Bushonomics: tax cuts for the wealthy plus weaker environmental protection. And Mr. Romney says that the plan would create 12 million jobs over the next four years.

Where does that number come from? When pressed, the campaign cited three studies that it claimed supported its assertions. In fact, however, those studies did no such thing.

So when the campaign says that these three studies support its claims about jobs, it is, to use the technical term, lying — just as it is when it says that six independent studies support its claims about taxes (they don’t).

The Joint Committee on Taxation is a non-partisan scorekeeper in Congress; whatever they write is to be taken as completely non-political and focused on facts and facts and facts. They conducted an experiment wherein they tried to determine if nearly every tax deduction were eliminated … how much could taxes be reduced without increasing the deficit; their finding: 4%.

Now – this is significant because Romney has already said he wants to move rates from 35% to 28% and that he will pay for it by eliminating deductions. When he is asked which deductions specifically; he says – we’ll work it out with Congress. But his math is IMPOSSIBLE; it’s like living in a fantasy land and some voters simply aren’t willing to accept that they’re being sold a bill of goods on this deal. If you want fantasy; go read something from J.K. Rowling … if you’re looking for a serious tax proposal for America … Romney’s not your guy. And this is why Romney will not explain how his tax plan works; he will not share the math because then he will himself have shown “the man behind the curtain” … and it ain’t the grand Wizard of Oz.

That’s why the chief economist at Moody’s and former McCain adviser – Mark Zandi – has said that “the arithmetic doesn’t work.” That’s why the non-partisan study by the Brookings Institute co-written by a former Bush administration official said the only possible result of reducing taxes from 35% to 28% for the wealthy and not adding to the deficit is a huge tax increase on the middle class.

The Tax Policy Center says Romney’s plan is a $5 trillion tax cut which would give anyone making more than $1 million a year at least an $87k tax cut.

Hey Ignorance, is Obama telling the truth? Remember when he said he would cut the deficit in half? How's that working out for ya ?

theignorance

It's going to take more than 4 years to even make a dent in the deficit. People also need to get that through their head.

arnmcrmn

Hahaha...you do realize what you just posted right? Read it again. Since Obama has taken office our debt has more than doubled. "Its going to take more than 4 years to make a dent in our deficit"......well how the hell can you make a dent in the deficit when you double it under your administration. God, this is the mentality we are dealing with folks. People who cannot even form a sentence or thought that actually makes sense. Its mind boggling and nothing more than party politics and again, vote for you polished turd as long as the democrats approve it. What a joke.

If your schools super says we have to cut spending and then doubles the school debt, but then tells you its gonna take more than four years to cut the debt but still keeps spending and he still has people that support him.....well no wonder we are in the mess that we are in. I swear an IQ test should be given before people have kids and vote.

Hey everyone, make sure you all run out and get your Obamaphone...comes with a free standard plan and data package....just thank your average tax payer the next time you see them.

theignorance

LOL do you earn money faster or spend it? Compared to what Obama inherited, the annual deficit has actually gone down slightly. CBO projects that for fiscal 2012, the fiscal 2012 deficit will be $1.09 trillion. So, far from doubling the deficit, Obama has instead reduced the deficit by about 8 percent. Do your research you turd

arnmcrmn

Gone down slightly? Oh my God are you the most blind individual on the earth. Obama has put more than a trillion onto our debt EACH YEAR since office. On this day in 2004 the national debt was 7.44 T, in 2008 10.4 T, and as of today its approaching 16.2 T dollars. Unless my math skills are off, you sir cannot add at all. Oh BTW projected debt clock under Obama in 2016 will be 22.6 T. But Im sure you are still going to tell us that he is reducing the debt. Dang talk about posting dumb stuff.

theignorance

http://www.politifact.com/person... take a quick look at this. And I'd like to see your proof as well. Since you're so consistent with me giving proof.

arnmcrmn

Thanks for playing...you do such a great job at taking things the entire other way. You are the one that said Obama has cut the deficit.....where's the proof. Ever heard of the national debt clock website...you might want to take a look at that every now and then. Deflect some more....its the liberal way.

arnmcrmn

Here is the information on the US debt. Try and bend these numbers with your magic....

theignorance

I just sent you my proof..so what now? I'm still wrong? You're ignorant. I never once said you're wrong for thinking Romney is the better candidate. Simply because it's to your own discretion. There is no 'right' or 'wrong' answer per say, so why don't you remember that before you attack people because of what they believe in. And I've never once seen any proof that you supposedly have.

arnmcrmn

Man how can you argue the national debt? I just don't get people.

rogerthat

There's a lot you don't get. What has increased the debt? Iraq, maybe? Bush tax cuts? You just conveniently ignore where the debt came from.

arnmcrmn

Ummmm, Obama and his beloved Dems haven't had a budget in nearly 4 years now. All they know how to do is raise the debt ceiling. Here roger goes again, always deflecting....kid, try sticking to the topic at hand or don't butt in. We were talking about Obama "cutting the deficit", which I proved wrong with one easy link.....our national debt clock. Its like going in an playing $100 worth of scratch off lottery tickets and you only win back $50, but you tell everyone...hey I won $50, when the reality is you LOST $50. I see from your above post its still all Bush's fault, silly typical liberal, didnt you know that card has expired.....lol? Dems are so comical because they just cannot admit their savior hasn't done squat. Obama has extended Bush tax cuts 2-3 times now and we just recently got out of Iraq. Yet, everyone cried bring our troops home and what did Obie do....send them next door to Afghanistan. I guess thats a free war?

rogerthat

You're just making noise. Of course it's still Bush's fault and Reagan's and their policies. Why would it suddenly not be? That "card" has only expired in your head. Only a dictator can instantly reverse government policy.

betrump

Maybe if all his efforts weren't constantly blocked by republicans in congress, he could accomplish more. Lets see how much you could accomplish in that environment. But you'd like to see him fail, I'm sure. Because you're a REAL American.

arnmcrmn

Like to see who fail? Silly kid, nobody wants to see America fail. Obama has failed us....theres nothing else to say.

betrump

Silly Kid? I'm a veteran of the first Gulf War, thank you. TWO Southwest Asia Campaign Medals, thank you. Hardly a 'kid.'

rogerthat

betrump, don't let him bother you. He resorts to name calling and personal attacks because he's got nothing else.
