CANTON - Geraldine Conrad, 87, of Canton and formerly of Bethesda, died March 7 at her home.
She was born May 27, 1919 in Bethesda to the late Forest and Mary Emma Lynn Heskett.
She was a graduate of Bethesda High School, a homemaker and a Methodist.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Ruth and Fred Stanford of Norwalk and Alyce and Mike Porter of Washington; daughters-in-law, Sandy Conrad of Nebraska and Carol Conrad of Homeworth; sisters-in-law, Norma Heskett, Aimeda Heskett and Clara Heskett, all of Bethesda; 20 grandchildren, 49 great-grandchildren, 19 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jay Conrad; sons, Jim Conrad and Jay Conrad; a daughter, Carol Shellenberger; two grandchildren; a sister, Frances Bolon; and brothers, Charles, Edward and Clarence Heskett.
Services were held, and burial was in Ebeneezer Cemetery, Bethesda.
