OCALA, Fla. — Reed White, age 95, resident of Ocala, Florida and former Plymouth resident passed away on Monday, June 9, 2008 in Monroe Regional Medical Center in Ocala, Florida.
He was born on April 1, 1913 in New Haven, Ohio to the late Walter and Iva (Reed) White.
Mr. White was employed with the former Fate-Root-Heath as a machinist. He was a member of the Plymouth United Methodist Church where he was a tireless worker. He was a member of the Shelby Blue 350 F&AM, the Loner's of America Camping Club and volunteered for the Habitat for Humanity.
He is survived by his daughter, Maxine Brunn of Ocala, FL; a granddaughter, Lori Bruner, a great granddaughter, Shelia Bruner and a great great granddaughter, Kiya Bruner all of Ocala, FL.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his wife, Lucille (Hole) White in 1988; grandson, Mark Lewis in 1989; 2 brothers, Donald and Harold White; sister, Alice White; son-in-law, Donald Brunn in 1993. Visitation will be Friday, June 13, 2008 from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, where the funeral service will follow on Friday at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Linda Heinlen officiating. Burial will be at the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio.
