NEW LONDON Lowell "Jr." Marshall, 45, of New London, died Monday at his home after a one-year illness.

He was born July 13, 1961 in Huntington, W.Va. He lived most of his life in North Ridgeville before moving to New London three years ago.

He enjoyed anything with Elvis and Harley Davidson. He enjoyed golf-cart riding in the summer and Christmas lights in the winter.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Lowell and Thelma L. Marshall Sr. of New London; sisters and brothers-in-law, Kay and Richard Stanley of Wakeman, Linda (Fred Mills) Miller of Elyria, Diane (Larry) Walls of Elyria and Denise (James) Groves of Texas; a brother, Roger (Lorain) Marshall of Amherst; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Eula Marshall in 2000; paternal grandparents, Ustise and Marie Marshall; and maternal grandparents, Vernice and Honey Maynard.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Eastman Funeral Home, 200 W. Main St., New London, where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday. The Rev. Dan Moore will officiate and burial will follow in Fields Cemetery, North Ridgeville.
