NORWALK - Survivors were omitted in an obituary for Dorothy L. (VanVlerah) Ruffing, 81, of Norwalk, who died Thursday.
She was survived by sons and daughters-in-law, Edward A. and Sandy Van Vlerah of Norwalk, Richard L. and Denise Van Vlerah of Norwalk, and Thomas D. and Melissa Van Vlerah of Antwerp; daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Duke Clonch of Vickery, and Tammy and David Rang of Kannapolis, N.C.;
stepsons and their spouses, Dennis Ruffing, Delmar and Tammy Ruffing, Daryl and Tamera Ruffing and Dana and Kim Ruffing, all from Vickery; stepdaughter and her husband, Denise and Clayton Brunnet of Perrysburg; 11 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, as well as stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren; and a brother, George Mobley of Huntsville, Ala.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Morris Van Vlerah, as well as seven brothers and one sister.
Her second husband, Joseph A. Ruffing, died Sunday. Calling hours for the couple were Monday at Walker Funeral Home, 98 W. Main St. Norwalk, where funeral services took place this morning.
