Christal Kay Moore, age 62, also known by many as Chris Moore of Beallsville, Ohio and formerly of Fitchville, Ohio passed away Monday, May 6th, 2013 from complications of end stage liver disease.

She spent her final days at home with her loving husband of 40 years, Ray Moore and went peacefully surrounded by her family.

She was born September 2, 1950 in New London, Ohio, daughter of the late Kenneth B. (Kenny) and Alberta "Bertie" (Blair) Campbell.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandma, sister and friend. She loved being with her family and friends.

She enjoyed cooking, having big gatherings, traveling, camping and making everyone around her feel like they were the most important person in the room. Christal has been ill for sometime. Although her sudden passing was unexpected, when she was able she continued to let her beautiful smile shine through her pain.

She will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts. She will be our angel in heaven while she is watching over us with her dearly missed and beloved son Michael and her loved ones.

Christal is survived by her husband, Ray Moore; their children, Kristy Kay (Jeff) Potter of Lewisville, Ohio, Stacy Rena Lewis and fiancé Daniel Ray Miller of Beallsville, Ohio, Steven Ray (Debbie) Moore of Plymouth, Ohio; many grandchildren and many great grandchildren; her sister, Carol Laverne (Dennis) Cutcher of Clarksfield, Ohio, many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and loved ones.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Michael Ray Moore in 1994, siblings, Charles A. Oney, Christine (Teenie) Gemmle, William (Billy) Oney, Phylis King, Janet Boss, Roger Oney, Barbera (Pauline) Flemming.

Friends may call from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2013 and from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service at 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Eastman Funeral Home, 200 West Main St., New London with Pastor Delmer Bailey officiating. Burial will follow at Fitchville Cemetery.
