BELLEVUE - Marjorie A. Danklefsen, 82, of Bellevue, died Saturday at Stein Hospice in Sandusky.
She was born June 27, 1925 in Bellevue to the late Carl and Marguerite (Hergert) Klein.
She was a 1943 graduate of the Bellevue High School and was a member of the St. John's Lutheran Church in Bellevue. She was a life member of the Bellevue Society of the Arts; a member of the Friends of the Library; and formerly a member of the Bellevue Garden Club and the Tourist Club. Along with her husband, she operated the former Danklefsen Appliance in Bellevue.
She is survived by her husband, Earl G. Danklefsen, whom she married on Nov. 11, 1945; a daughter, Janet Klein (Victor Dilda) of Royal Palm Beach, Fla.; and a son, John Eric (Stacey) Danklefsen, Curtis; four grandchildren and one great-grandson; and a brother, Robert Klein of Lakeside.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Winifred Wagner; and a brother, Edgar Klein.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Auxter Funeral Home, 1105 Castalia St., Bellevue. The funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. John's Lutheran Church, Bellevue. Burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.
