BERLIN TOWNSHIP - Marion K. Nottke, 83, of Berlin Township, died Tuesday suddenly at Fisher-Titus Medical Center.
She was born May 23, 1924 in Sandusky and had been a Berlin Township resident since 1954.
She was a 1942 graduate of Sandusky High School. She worked at Periodical Publishing in Sandusky in the late 1940s and then became a homemaker. She was active in two bowling leagues for many years, serving as secretary/treasurer in Cedar Classic League and the Ladies Vacationland League. She and her husband owned and operated the Firelands Archery Shop for 30 years.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Neil; a son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Hope Nottke of Huron; a sister and brother-in-law, Lois and Robert Christiansen of Sandusky; a niece, Kay (Dave) Faetinini of Sandusky; and a nephew, Fred (Sue) Nottke of Berlin Township.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Marion (Gregerson) Krawetzki.
Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Hinman-Tanner Funeral Home, 38 South St., Berlin Heights, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Raymond Vance will officiate. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Berlin Heights.
