Bonita Ruth Pfeiffer Kay passed on September 12, 2012 in Maxwell, California , age 72.
She was born one of three children in Norwalk, Ohio to Edward John Pfeiffer and Veneva Arvilla Bork Pfeiffer.
Bonita resided in Norwalk where she met William Thomas Kay, of Vermilion, Ohio. They were married in 1962, and moved to California in 1996. They spent 49 years together. Bonita enjoyed traveling, cooking, reading, and horses.
She was preceded in death by brother Herb. Survivors include: husband, William Kay of Williams, CA; brother, Robert Pfeiffer of Norwalk, Ohio; son, Edward Kay of Monroeville, Ohio; son, Robert Kay of Aberdeen, MD; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
Interment will be at Lakewood Memorial Cemetery in Lakewood, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to Maxwell Baptist Church, 177 California Street, P.O. Box 487, Maxwell, CA 95955, in Bonita's name.
