PEORIA, Ariz. - David A. Van Fleet, of Peoria, died April 26, after a long illness.
He was born March 9, 1951, in Norwalk, Ohio and grew up and went to school in Monroeville, Ohio.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. May 9 at Evans Funeral Home, 314 E Main St., Norwalk, Ohio, where there will be gathering at Knights of Columbus Hall, 254 W. Main St., Norwalk, Ohio following the memorial.
