She went on to play the organ professionally in clubs all over Ohio, where she accumulated a tremendous following. She was also the organist for The First Church of Christ Scientist, in Bellevue, Ohio for many years.

Working full time and raising a family, she still found the time to go to beauty school, to become a beautician. She did hair for many years. Then she got involved in selling land, where she made top sales person several years in a row. She excelled at everything she did and made an impact on everyone she met. She had so many true friends.

Sheila leaves her beloved husband of 35 years, David A. Zuk, her precious babies, Nikki and Sam E., her daughter, Conni Deer (Columbus), her son, Michael Zuk (Las Vegas), her sister, Linda Gray (Columbus), her grandchildren, Christopher Zuk (Columbus) and Jacqueline Sharp Burke (Nashville), her nephews, Scott Ruffing (Columbus) and Mark Ruffing (Columbus), the entire Zuk family (Northern Ohio), the entire Johnson family (Northern Ohio) and two people that she considered her family, Tara Blankenship (Las Vegas) and Michael Hilton (Columbus).
