NORWALK Memorial Services for Theodore P. Brooks who died March 3 will be held at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in St. Peter Lutheran Church, 243 Benedict Ave. Norwalk. The Rev. Fred Wiechers will officiate. There will be a visiting hour from 6:30 p.m. until the time of service.
