Abbi Obermiller, who made national headlines in June after she ran away from her grandparents home in Norwalk, was released to the custody of her parents Monday.
Obermiller, 17, had been placed in the temporary custody of her brother Andy Obermiller of Plymouth since July 9.
Obermiller, of North Fairfield, was in Huron County Juvenile Court on Monday for a hearing.
After a discussion, Obermiller admitted to the charge of obstructing official business in exchange for the charge of unruliness being dismissed.
