I've lived 50 years in Ohio and never seen an "emergency weather situation" in Huron County which warranted use of a vehicle like this...

Makes me think about when we set out free samples on the counter. There is always that one person that stuffs a handful in their pocket just because they're free!
Explain to me why the Norwalk Reflector photo galleries have many,many duplicate photos.I enjoy the galleries for the most part but it's just plain laziness on the papers part the duplicates are not edited out.
It's interesting to see the Norwalk Police Dept. turning itself into a war machine. Maybe next on the list we could get some RPG's or AK-47's. We might as well do it up right. This thing is simply foolish aside from being a nice addition to the 4th of July parade.
