Glad Norwalk won but not proud of all it's players..I was at Taco Bell after the football game Friday. A band member from Norwalk High and 1 of his friends came in to get their food to go, one of the Norwalk High football players squirted taco sauce on one of the boys band uniform. He and the other players laughed and walked away. Why do these kids have to continue to Bully their piers. It should be mandatory to take bullying classes as part of the curriculum.
That is pretty sad. Should have found out who they were and reported them to he coach. I can't stand it when idiots use their influence to harm other kids. Kids in his position should be leading others and showing the difference between right and wrong. Especially to someone who is supporting him by being in the band and cheering him on to victory.
@ In my opinion & Uputwhatwhere7 : Totally agree with you both. Hope the wimpy bully ---who obviously lacks self confidence---- is identified, then punished.
Rather than attempting to drag the entire team down, why not contact the football coach at NHS and provide him with the number on the football jersey? One kid certainly doesn't reflect the entire team.
@sport..I did not see in any of the post where anyone attempted to bring down the entire team down. All I saw was where 1 player put taco sauce on a band members uniform and he and his buddies laughed. It is a shame kids have to do this crap. This comes on the heals of a 12 year old who committed suicide last week because of bullying. No one mentioned entire team, just made a statement.
They were not wearing their jersey's, it was after the game, over heard them talking about plays when they were in the locker room. I agree not all should be condemned, I am sure if the kid in the band uniform wasn't concerned about the repercussion he would have turned them it. Why do kids think bullying is so much fun? I don't understand the younger generation, and there again it's not all kids.
