Roberta Fink

NORWALK -- Roberta M. Fink, 79, of Norwalk, Ohio, went to be with the lord, early Saturday morning, while surrounded by her loving family.

Roberta was born November 13, 1932 in Norwalk, Ohio and was a lifelong area resident. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Norwalk and retired in 1986 from the General Telephone Company. Roberta enjoyed cooking, baking, playing cards, board games, and computer games. Her passion in life was being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Roberta is survived by her husband of 59 years, Clifford J. Fink, by her daughters and sons in law, Valerie A. (George) Chill of Norwalk, Ohio, Pamela K.(Jim) Fox of Norwalk, Ohio, and Karen A. (Robert) Neapolitan of Boardman, Ohio, 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Sheila (Norb) Barman of Norwalk, Ohio.

Roberta was preceded in death by her mother, Myrtle (Souslin) Sheppard, her father and step-mother, Robert and Jannie Sheppard, and sister, Vivian Schenk.

Friends may call on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, 98 West Main Street, Norwalk, Ohio where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Paul Lamb will officiate.
