Brummitt lost control of the vehicle on the snow-covered, slick road and traveled through the intersection to the north side of the road where the truck struck a guy wire, Norwalk police said. His vehicle traveled up the guy wire and became suspended.

I don't get it! You can roll your car because of the bad road conditions, but not slide through an intersection? What is the difference? Name?

According to the state patrol even if you have a heart attack and wreck you will be cited for failure to control, so why some do and some dont get cited is kinda funny.
