Housing assistance rep knows what you've gone through

If you're facing foreclosure or have been laid off from a job, Francis Cintron knows what you're going through.

That's because Cintron, who works in Norwalk once a week as part of her work with a Cleveland-based housing assistance organization, has had those experiences. Years back, Cintron had no idea her house was in foreclosure.
