Duncan sworn in as Norwalk's new mayor

It was a packed house Tuesday morning in Norwalk Municipal Court as Rob Duncan was sworn in as Norwalk's new mayor.

Duncan wore a tie that belonged to his late son, Daniel, and put his hand on a Bible his son used. Daniel was killed by a drunk driver Sept. 3, 2008 while the freshman rode his bicycle near West Virginia Wesleyan College.

"He was my inspiration for doing this," Duncan said about running for mayor.
