Corrine Rae (Musser) Schneider

Corrine Rae (Musser) Schneider, 83, of Norwalk, Ohio, died Wednesday, February 1, 2012 in Twilight Gardens Nursing Center.

She was born July 8, 1928, in Akron, Ohio to the late Payton N. and Lois E. (Vanover) Lycan and came to Norwalk in 1960 from Vermilion, Ohio.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Monroeville, Ohio, and a former member of Norwalk Elks. She had work as a waitress for T-J's and Harold's Bar and had also worked for the Colonial Hotel. She volunteered as a pink lady at Fisher Titus Medical Center. She enjoyed golf and camping.

Corrine is survived by her daughter and son in law, Carol and George Gilbert, of Norwalk, Ohio, by her son and daughter in law Greg and Donna Stone, of Huron, Ohio, by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore S. Musser, in 2006, and by her son, Michael A. Belden.

There will be no visitation. Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 6, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in Woodlawn Cemetery, 200 Woodlawn Ave., Norwalk, Ohio. Rev. Jamie Stewart, Chaplain, from Stein Hospice will officiate.
