Appeman has 'thrill of a lifetime'

MONROEVILLE -- Monroeville High School sophomore Cody Appeman had a once-in-a-lifetime experience this past summer.

Appeman, along with about 1,000 students from around the nation, attended the Manning Passing Academy which was held at Nicholls State University, located in Thibodaux, La. about 13 miles outside New Orleans. The academy took place from July 8 to 11.

surprisingly.... they also asked me if I wanted to take part in this "manning passing academy" but I thought it over and decided to "PASS"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
