Who knew that Nick's impromptu rendition of "Mandy" would help me confirm I had seen (the last quarter of) Thursday's episode? And who knew George Eads has such a nice singing voice?

Captivating Season 8 premiere. Liked the diversity in terms of celebs. There's no one I really want to see go home right away, so it looks like it's going to be a fun, enjoyable season. ABC landing Melissa for DWTS: Brilliant!
We've waited four months for the return of "Dancing With the Stars," and from all indications it was worth the wait. Great start to the season. Very entertaining. IMO 3 guys emerged as contenders.
Wow - Ozzy's Brat CAN dance. So can the latest candidate for "Dancing With the Sort-of-Stars" -- Derek's partner, the younger swimsuit model. She could join Racecar Driver and French Guy as relatively unknown "celebs" who made the finals.
