• There's one good thing about Grissom leaving — If he's gone, so will the Lady Heather stories. And that means no more S&M stories. OK, that's technically two, but you get my point.
• Catherine: "Is that normal?" Coroner: "Grissom being socially awkward? Yes."
• It's good to see Grissom's co-workers being concerned for him, but dang it, why don't they DO something?!? I know, if they did, then that would kill the storyline of Grissom leaving. ...
• Heather (whose looking pretty good without the goth get-up): "I have clients now, not customers." Congratulations on earning your degree. You go, girl!
• She hasn't done electricity above the waist. (The emphasis is mine.) Let me say that again: She hasn't done electricity above the waist. Doesn't that infer she's used it below the waist? Yikes.
• Nick: "Hey, knock it off." Yeah, enough with the S&M flirtations. Standards — I like it. It seems as if Nick is evolving into more of a leader.
• Rents by the hour? Scary.
• Sanders: "A booty smudge on the TV. … Tests positive for semen." Grrrrrrrrrose.
• I have to wonder if one of the "CSI" writers is into S&M, as many stories as they've had in the last couple of seasons.
• Sara: "If a relationship can't move forward, it withers." Followed by a nice cut to Heather: "There's a schism in the relationship."
• Heather: "Am I your secret?" Grissom: "No. And you're not my therapist."
• Riley: "Who's Lady Heather?" Sanders: "Oh, that's a whole 'nother 'Oprah.'" Catherine: "Changing the channel." Thanks, Catherine! Subtle, but direct.
• Heather to Grissom: "No one has more rigid boundaries than you." The truth hurts, dude.
• I wish the writers would either have made Grissom and Lady Heather friends or lovers. This "are they or aren't they?" crap got old MANY episodes ago.
• Heather: "Not making a decision was your decision." Lady Heather from downtown — again!
• I guess I need to get over the fact that the CSIs are treated as detectives, not the analysts and lab rats like in real-life Ohio's BCI&I.
• I didn't expect to have Grissom actually take up Heather's offer to stay in the guest bedroom. ...
• ... so I sure didn't see Grissom asking her to "stay" coming!!!!
• A final thought: Will Lady Heather be the reason Grissom leaves? Given Sara's Internet-streamed "Dear John" letter, could Grissom and Heather actually ride off into the sunset together?
Countdown to Grissom's good-bye: Five episodes.

Sheww. I am not the only non-fan of Lady Heather!
• Catherine: “Is that normal?”
Coroner: “Grissom being socially awkward? Yes.”
Why did Catherine have to ask that? She knows Grissom just as well.
• Heather (whose looking pretty good without the goth get-up): “I have clients now, not customers.” Congratulations on earning your degree. You go, girl!
Always good to see someone complete their education and get into a "legal" field~ :)
• She hasn’t done electricity above the waist. (The emphasis is mine.) Let me say that again: She hasn’t done electricity above the waist. Doesn’t that infer she’s used it below the waist? Yikes.
No doubt.....
• Rents by the hour? Scary. I wouldn't be in there for 5 mins much less an hour....
• Sanders: “A booty smudge on the TV. … Tests positive for semen.” Grrrrrrrrrose.
A writer getting desperate?
• I have to wonder if one of the “CSI” writers is into S&M, as many stories as they’ve had in the last couple of seasons.
Again,,, desperation?
• Heather: “Am I your secret?”
Grissom: “No. And you’re not my therapist.”
Yet, she is his something.
• I wish the writers would either have made Grissom and Lady Heather friends or lovers. This “are they or aren’t they?” crap got old MANY episodes ago.
I think it was "aren't" until last week.
• I didn’t expect to have Grissom actually take up Heather’s offer to stay in the guest bedroom. …
• … so I sure didn’t see Grissom asking her to “stay” coming!!!!
I had to rewind the dvr to be sure I heard it right.
• A final thought: Will Lady Heather be the reason Grissom leaves? Given Sara’s Internet-streamed “Dear John” letter, could Grissom and Heather actually ride off into the sunset together?
Seriously, I hope you are wrong Cary~ :)
The whole Grissom-Lady Heather riding off into the sunset became crystal clear to me just last week, especially by the end of the episode. It's not how I would write Grissom's exit, but I wouldn't discount it. I have a feeling he will leave from a combination of wanting to see more to life than murder and the fulfillment of a relationship.
Sounds about right for his personality, to want more from life and he deserves it. I wonder if he will come back for some cameos here and there.
Where does a bug-ologist go after he is done being a top CSI? :)
