Mother discovers Norwalk man in daughter's bed

A Norwalk man is in jail after a West Chestnut Street mother found him in her 16-year-old daughter's bed Tuesday morning. Rodney J. Dewiel, 21, of 52 W. League St., is accused of fleeing the home "by jumping out of the second story window, apparently taking the beer cans with him," Norwalk Police Officer David Smith wrote in his report. When the girl's mother entered the bedroom, there were empty beer bottles in the room with them.
