Seward's retirement party set for March 23

The public is invited to a retirement party for Norwalk Public Works Coordinator Ralph Seward that will take place from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. March 23 at the Norwalk Memorial Lake Clubhouse. Seward, well known for playing Santa in the city's annual Christmas Parade, is retiring April 1.
