Huron County Common Pleas Judge Earl McGimpsey released a Cleveland woman from jail last week, but ordered her to appear in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court one day later.
Marion R. Thompson-Dent, 43, was wanted in a Cleveland-area case in connection with attempting to fill a prescription illegally, Huron County Prosecutor Russell Leffler said. Court records show Cleveland authorities had listed the woman as a fugitive from justice.
