Firelands Hero Awards winner from Huron Co.

The Firelands chapter of the American Red Cross honored its 2007 Firelands Hero Awards recipients Sunday at the Nia Center at Kalahari in Perkins Township. The following recipients were from Huron County: • Kiley Baker, Greenwich, Inspirational Youth Hero: Recognized for her optimism and inspired way she recovered from being hit by a dump truck June 26, resulting in multiple surgeries.
