Wow, went to the game last night, didn't care who won, just wanted to watch a GOOD local teams basketball game. I must say , those Western kids are a class ACT. NEW LONDON !! NOT SO !!! these people were booing the Western boys as they were being announced, this sure says alot about that district as a whole. I thought the New London fans were VERY RUDE, and they showed no sense of "Sportsmanship" to me at all. The kids and fans from Western sure did though, That coach is awesome, you can tell his kids are very well behaved. So once again New London, you proved yourselves as a bunch of "hicks" in my eyes. Start teaching your kids Sportsmanship and manners, they say the apple dosn't " fall far from the tree" your fans prove that philosphy too.. For the way the folks from New London acted last night, i now hope they get knocked out tommorow, and i didn't even have a dog in this fight, but "KARMA" has a way of catching up to bad people. I went to enjoy a great local basketball game, and was very dissappointed by their actions. The staff at New London needs to change this behavior...Period..

I can not believe you would say such bad things about NL. If you do not have a dog in the fight then you really shouldn't judge them from watching 1 game. I was also at the game and I thought the fans were cheering the teams on and the atmosphere was great! It was nice to see such a packed gym. Both of these teams have a lot of respect for each other. I thought all the players played well and played their hearts out. Being from the area I would support any team around here that continues tournament play, I would never wish them to be knocked out! These boys and coaches have worked long and hard and they deserve this! They are all very fine young men too! So best of luck to NL and the Norwalk Truckers! And hopefully people start showing support instead of being so negative all the time!
