Norwalk man charged with aggravated burglary

A Norwalk man is accused of assaulting a Grove Avenue resident, but apparently did not steal anything in connection with an early Sunday morning incident. Joseph H. Knudsen, 28, of 168 Whittlesey Ave., reportedly hit the victim several times on his head and back. "He was not planning on seeking medical treatment," Norwalk Law Director Jim Conway said.
