Vending machines stolen by 'man in beat-up pickup'

The assistant circulation manager of the Norwalk Reflector reported a newspaper vending machine was missing Saturday from in front of K-Mart. Ron Simpson told Norwalk Police Officer Janet Lichoff the machine, which weighs about 100 pounds, is worth about $400. The employee said he noticed the machine was missing about 4:30 p.m. Saturday.

The assistant circulation manager of the Norwalk Reflector reported a newspaper vending machine was missing Saturday from in front of K-Mart.

Ron Simpson told Norwalk Police Officer Janet Lichoff the machine, which weighs about 100 pounds, is worth about $400. The employee said he noticed the machine was missing about 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
