Non-food bank started in M'ville

MONROEVILLE When Rev. Wayne Chasney learned food stamps don't pay for non-food items, he started thinking about offering those materials to the needy. He spoke with other Monroeville pastors, and the result is a non-food bank now operating at Congregational Community United Church of Christ.
