Inmate accused of assault, vandalism

A Huron County Jail inmate has been accused of committing assault and vandalism within two days. James J. Ruck, 19, of 4813 Ohio 18, Wakeman, is suspected of assaulting a male inmate Monday, Norwalk Law Director Jim Conway said.

A Huron County Jail inmate has been accused of committing assault and vandalism within two days.

James J. Ruck, 19, of 4813 Ohio 18, Wakeman, is suspected of assaulting a male inmate Monday, Norwalk Law Director Jim Conway said.

The victim was transported to Fisher-Titus Medical Center with bruises on his head and face, but no broken bones.
