Rodney Dalton gets off-campus privileges

A judge ruled a former Wakeman resident who assaulted his former live-in girlfriend and attacked a pair of dogs two years ago is allowed to have unsupervised off-campus privileges from a mental hospital. Rodney Dalton, 47, has been treated at Northcoast Behavorial Healthcare in Toledo since being found not guilty by reason of insanity in the 2004 domestic incident.

A judge ruled a former Wakeman resident who assaulted his former live-in girlfriend and attacked a pair of dogs two years ago is allowed to have unsupervised off-campus privileges from a mental hospital.
