WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The Small Business & Entrepreneurship (SEB) Council has released its 11th annual rankings of the states according to their public policy climates for small business and entrepreneurship in the "Small Business Survival Index 2006."
Ohio ranked 38th out of the 50 states on the Index, which is actually an improvement from its 40th spot on the Index in 2004 and 2005.
