Karen E. Bailey, 55, 78 1/2 Sandusky St., Monroeville; disorderly conduct and intoxication; conviction date: Feb. 12; fine, $100; costs, $45; defendant shall pay fine and cost within 30 days.

Kimberly J. Godfrey, 37, 2350 Ohio 99, Monroeville; one count of passing bad checks; conviction date: Feb. 12; fine, $75; costs, $80; defendant shall pay fine and cost within 30 days; proof of restitution provided.

Robin Griffin, 42, Clyde; disorderly conduct; conviction date: Feb. 6; fine, $100; costs, $45.

Ralph A. Walker, 81, 114 E. Main St., Apt. A, Norwalk; public nuisance; conviction date: Feb. 12; fine, $25; costs, $45; jail, 30 days suspended; defendant shall have two years probation; defendant shall have two years no convictions; defendant shall comply with all directives of Norwalk City Zoning Officer within 30 days; defendant shall pay fine and cost within 60 days.

April L. Short, 25, 520 Milan Ave., Lot 139, Norwalk; disorderly conduct and intoxication; conviction date: Feb. 12; fine, $100; costs, $45; defendant shall pay fine and cost within 30 days.

Sherri L. Sexton, 36, 4265 Ohio 61, Lot 24, Plymouth; disorderly conduct; conviction date: Feb. 12; fine, $100; costs, $45.

Joshua M. Strong, 23, of Tiro; theft; conviction date: Feb. 12; fine, $300; costs, $90; jail 90 days, 70 suspended; defendant shall have two years probation; defendant shall have two years no convictions; defendant shall pay restitution through court as directed by probation officer; defendant shall not enter New Haven Marathon for two years; defendant shall pay fine and cost within 90 days.

Joshua M. Strong, 23, of Tiro; resisting arrest; conviction date: Feb. 12; fine, $200; costs, $56; jail 90 days, 70 suspended; defendant shall have two years probation; defendant shall have two years no convictions; defendant shall show proof six months alcohol counseling by Sept. 15; defendant shall pay fine and cost within 90 days.

Jason M. Andrew S. Dunn, 24, 72 Center St., Berlin Heights; criminal trespassing; conviction date: Feb. 12; fine, $100; costs, $45; jail, 30 days suspended; defendant shall have two years probation; defendant shall have two years no convictions; defendant shall not enter onto premises of Charlie's Bar, Norwalk, for two years; defendant shall pay fine and cost within 30 days.

Travis J. George D. Marcus C. Sheldon, 36, 113 Woodland Ave., Willard; three counts of passing bad checks; conviction date: Feb. 12; total fines, $300; total costs, $240; jail, 10 days suspended on one count; defendant shall have two years probation; defendant shall have two years no convictions; defendant shall pay restitution through court in sum of $216 within 30 days; defendant shall pay fine and cost within 60 days.
