Willard announces winners of Arbor Day Poster Contest

WILLARD City Manager Brian Humphress announced Monday the winners of the Tree Commission's Arbor Day Poster Contest. They are: Willard Middle school fifth-grader Chase Fulton; St. Francis Xavier fifth-grader Marie Thornton and an honorable mention went to St. Francis fifth-grader MacKenzie Newman.
