Provided basic life support for a patient until North Central EMS arrived at 11:33 a.m. Thursday at 26 State St. Returned to station at 11:45.

Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 5:10 p.m. Thursday at 46 Milan Ave. Returned to station at 5:20.

Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 5:24 p.m. Thursday at the Jaycees Park. Returned to station at 5:30.

Assisted North Central EMS with a patient at 6:49 p.m. Thursday at 146 Milan Concord Court. Returned to station at 6:56.

NORWALK POLICE

A Wooster Street resident reported losing her wallet Thursday.

James D. Brant Jr., 29, of 133 N. West St., Apt. B6, was arrested on a warrant Thursday and charged with failure to pay fines and costs. During the Benedict Avenue traffic stop, Brant is accused of fleeing from the truck in which he was a passenger, resulting in charge of obstructing official business. He was released from the Huron County Jail after posting bond.

A Norwood Avenue resident reported the theft of his bicycle Thursday.

An employee of a Milan Avenue business reported someone drove without paying for about $19 in gasoline Thursday.

Laura A. Scott, 32, of 140 N. Hester St., was arrested on a warrant Thursday, charged with disorderly conduct and released after posting bond.

Shannon D. Lawrence, 21, of Mansfield, was arrested on a warrant Thursday and charged with failure to pay fines and costs as well as failure to show proof of substance abuse counseling. She is serving a 10-day sentence at the Huron County Jail.

Daniel A. Guenther, 23, of 8 W. Water St., and Andrew S. Dunn, 24, of 72 Center St., Berlin Heights, each were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing in connection with a Benedict Avenue business incident today. Both suspects were held at the city jail until sober.

A Concord Court resident reported domestic violence today. Police forwarded a report to the Norwalk Law Director's Office for the consideration of charges.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE

Checked on the well-being of an East Ashtabula Street, North Fairfield, resident Thursday after someone hung up a 9-1-1 call.

Mary Keen, 26, of 103 Fourth St., Willard, was arrested on a state Highway Patrol warrant Thursday. She was released from the Huron County Jail later that day after making a pay agreement with Norwalk Municipal Court on failure to pay fines and costs.

Dispatchers were advised of alarm activations at businesses on U.S. 20, Monroeville, and East Main Street., Norwalk, Thursday.

North Central EMS responded to a deceased person on North U.S. 250 Thursday.

Checked on the well-being of a Rome Greenwich Road, Greenwich, resident for an unspecified reason Thursday.

An employee of Western Reserve Elementary School reported a sexual offense involving three juveniles on a school bus Thursday.

A U.S. 250, New London, resident reported telephone harassment Thursday.
