Driving Miss Lazy

The other day I went to the bank, mailed a letter, picked up the dry cleaning and a newspaper, had my oil changed, bought birdseed and had lunch at McDonald's and my feet never touched the ground. I didn't even get out of the car! By the time I got home, I actually felt a little stiff. It reminded me of the way I feel on vacation when we finally get to one of those rest stops along the turnpike. I had to limber up just to carry everything into the house. I don't know if I'm clever or lazy. If it wasn't for grocery shopping, I think my legs would just shrivel up and fall off.
