My pets are the county's cutest

Recently, the Norwalk Reflector ran a column by Kathy Olak, which promoted the currently running "Huron County Cutest Pet Contest.' While Olak does write worthwhile articles, I want to object to her being able to use this column for the purpose of promoting her "rabbits' as the cutest pets in Huron County. The truth is, her friends generally indulge her beliefs, but let's face it ... we're talking about rabbits.

Recently, the Norwalk Reflector ran a column by Kathy Olak, which promoted the currently running “Huron County Cutest Pet Contest.” While Olak does write worthwhile articles, I want to object to her being able to use this column for the purpose of promoting her “rabbits” as the cutest pets in Huron County. The truth is, her friends generally indulge her beliefs, but let’s face it ... we’re talking about rabbits.

Now, I request equal print space. My kitties, Cocoa, Mario and Lucky Boy, really are Huron County’s Cutest Pets. If you don’t believe me, please make sure to check them out on the Reflector’s Web site beginning Jan. 31. I am sure you will agree that they are far cuter than the competition.

So, make sure you vote early and often in this closely contested race — and vote for Cocoa, Mario and Lucky Boy. Remember, your votes at $1 each not only prove that my kitties are the cutest and provide you with a tax-deductible contribution, but they help the Huron County Humane Society continue to provide refuge for the abandoned, abused, neglected or surrendered animals in Huron County.
